The planner tracks one morning and one evening routine for each day: fourteen check marks a week. The design is deliberate. Routines work when they are small and consistent.
Start smaller than feels useful
A morning routine of "drink a glass of water and write tomorrow's top task" is better than a one-hour routine you skip. Once the small version is automatic, add one step.
Anchor it to something you already do
Attach the routine to an existing habit: after coffee, after brushing your teeth, when you sit down at your desk. The existing habit becomes the reminder.
Track it where you plan
Mark the routine in the planner each day. Seeing the row fill up is a reward on its own, and the gaps show you which days need a different plan.
Recover fast
Missing once is normal. The rule is never miss twice. If Tuesday broke, Wednesday matters more than any other day.
Ideas to start with
Morning: water and a stretch, five minutes of reading, write the day's one priority, a short walk.
Evening: set out tomorrow's clothes, a phone curfew, tidy one surface, two lines in a journal.
