A calmer Monday

Your Sunday evening planning routine

A short check-in can give Monday a place to begin. You do not need to plan every hour.

Start with the week you actually have. Open your calendar, gather loose reminders and set a twenty-minute timer. Use the private weekly planner or a sheet of paper. The point is to reduce decisions, not fill every available space.

Close the week before opening another

Use Saved weeks in the planner to revisit your notes. Write down one thing that worked and one thing to change. An unfinished task is a decision: keep it, make it smaller, ask for help or let it go. The Sunday review offers a longer set of questions if you need them.

Choose three outcomes

Give health, love and wealth one priority each. "Walk on three mornings" is easier to act on than "be healthier." "Call my sister on Wednesday" is more useful than "stay in touch." Follow the weekly priority guide if everything feels equally urgent.

Plan around the busiest day

Place fixed commitments first. Give a packed day one small task and an easy dinner. Leave a lighter day for work that moves. A plan that depends on nothing going wrong will need rewriting by Tuesday.

Prepare one morning and one evening anchor

Pick something small enough to repeat: review the day after breakfast, then clear a surface before bed. Mark the routine after doing it. Missing a checkmark does not make the week a failure. See tracking habits without another app.

Stop when the plan is useful

Check the groceries, name tomorrow's first task and close the planner. Sunday evening should still feel like your evening. If Sunday does not fit your life, use this same routine whenever your week starts.

The planner opens a fresh week Sunday at 9 AM in your device's local time. Previous weeks remain available. Begin with the weekly ritual or open your week.
